Accommodation Style: Quality Hotel The Hotel is renowned for its excellent food, friendly atmosphere and comfortable bedrooms. Relax by log fires and sample the real ales in the delightful well-stocked bars! The hotel is across the estuary from Barmouth and has commanding views of Cardigan Bay. All the bedrooms have a colour television, tea and coffee making facilities and most have private bathrooms. The hotel is comprehensively double glazed with full central heating to ensure a comfortable stay. This package can be 'self guided'. To allow you to choose a walk that suits you best, WalkWise UK will provide a minimum of two walks on each day, led by professional and knowledgeable walking guides. On both days there will be a hard walk of 10-12 miles and an easier walk of 6-8 miles with less ascent. We can offer a full range of grades at this centre please check that the grades offered are suitable for your group. Around the Hotel: Barmouth lies just across the estuary either by ferry or wooden bridge. There are also other opportunities to go sea or freshwater fishing, climbing, or horse riding and there are also three golf courses in the area. |
