Andrew Casey and Gideon Wheater established WalkWise UK in 1998 to provide high quality walking holidays and outdoor events. Ian Oswald joined the team in 2004 to facilitate the expansion in to WalkWise International.

The WalkWise aim is to make the countryside accessible to everyone and promote a greater understanding and enjoyment of the countryside in a safe, relaxed and sociable environment.
